The Keystone Program in Personalized Risk and Prevention will:

• Allow the identification of at-risk individuals before the development of cancer and provide new opportunities for early intervention.
• Provide strategies for cancer survivors and their families to deal with their known increased risk for cancer or its recurrence.
• Use novel information technology tools that have been developed at Fox Chase to provide health information to health care providers and their patients.
• Facilitate the delivery of cancer prevention guidelines and best practice recommendations to the health care community.
• Put Fox Chase at the national forefront of personalized preventive cancer medicine.
